The group is up, running, and ready! Little extra to How to RP, you use the journal! You post one journal entry, and all comments that are related (if you start a conversation, the conversation goes on in the comments; if you start a battle, the battle goes on in the comments; etc.) goes on in the comments. If something happens (wolves get into battle because of their conversation), it may go on in the comments or resume on another journal entry.
